Dr. Jameelah Henderson is a 2X author, award-winning educator, speaker, and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience serving schools, districts, and organizations. She has led in both public and charter schools across Kentucky and Michigan, serving as a Principal, Curriculum Developer, Instructional Coach, and now as the founder of Love Light Lead and JHenderson Consulting.

She holds a Doctorate in Leadership, multiple master’s degrees in Educational Leadership, and is a graduate of the Truist Leadership Institute. Dr. Henderson is also Crucial Conversations certified.
