Dr. Jameelah Henderson is an award-winning educator, author, speaker, consultant, and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in both public and charter schools across Kentucky and Michigan. A former elementary school teacher and principal, Jameelah is the CEO and founder of JHenderson Consulting, LLC. She is also the visionary behind Love Light Lead—a faith-based community created to inspire and support purpose-driven leaders across all fields to lead with love, integrity, grace, humility, and truth.

Jameelah holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Spalding University, an Educational Specialist degree and Master’s degrees from Bellarmine University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. She is also a graduate of the Truist Leadership Institute and has presented as a speaker at several national conferences.

She is also the author of two transformative books:

• It’s Working for Your Good – an inspirational guide to finding purpose in the midst of life’s challenges.

• Love Light Lead – a spiritual guide that offers practical insight for leaders who desire to lead with love and reflect God's light in all they do.
